Take a walk down one of Denpasar's main streets

The bustling Jl. Gajah Mada connects Puputan Square and Pasar Badung, Denpasar's local market, and also runs past Kumbasari Market across the river. This area is also famous for its many wholesale fabric stores selling everything from kabaya fabric to batiks and silks, as well as a number of coffee, soap and jewellery shops.
