The Ayurvedic Chakra Dhara massage is both sensual and spiritual. It includes the dripping of one liter of warm herbal oil onto the chakra points. Therapists use this oil ritual to balance the energy flow and purify the body, mind and spirit - a truly holistic experience!

Therapist massages warm oil onto your head and upper body in a rhythmic rippling motion that dispels tension. A fresh hibiscus leaf mask is then applied to your hair while your scalp is wrapped with a banana leaf.
The arm massage is performed while you relax for 25 minutes. As the mask is removed, the therapist will again give you massage to stimulate blood circulation. Finally, you will have your hair washed and dried.
This treatment is specially recommended for those having tensions in the upper body and/or suffers from headache/migraine. Hibiscus leaves contain vitamin B1, B2 and C.

A signature herbal massage, followed by spice scrub (turmeric, sandal wood and rice powder) exfoliation with yogurt for moisturising, and a fragrant blossom bath.

I have been several times to Botanica. They offer great value for money. Very clean place, with a natural touch, and most important: the therapists of Botanica give a very good massage. I tried massage and also spa treatments, all carried out professionally and friendly. Highly recommended.
